We are seeking a skilled Odoo ERP Specialist to design, implement, and optimize our Odoo

ERP system for our fully integrated real estate development group. The ideal candidate will

have deep technical expertise in Odoo architecture, programming, and database management,

along with the ability to train staff and support business processes spanning from survey design

to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze existing workflows across land surveying, design, procurement, construction,

sales, and delivery to create an integrated Odoo ERP solution.

● Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with

stakeholders from all departments.

● Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules relevant to real estate and

construction operations.

● Develop and maintain custom modules tailored to the group’s unique processes.

● Conduct staff training and prepare clear user manuals to ensure widespread adoption.

● Provide technical and functional support for all departments, ensuring the ERP system

evolves with business needs.

● Manage integrations with other systems used in surveying, CAD, financial management,

HR, and project planning.

● Ensure system maintenance, regular upgrades, and security in line with best practices

and business growth.

● Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and executives to continuously

improve ERP workflows.

Technical Skills Required:

Odoo-Specific Skills

● Deep understanding of Odoo’s modular architecture (preferably v14 or later).

● Ability to install, configure, and customize Odoo modules to match business

requirements.

● Proficiency with Odoo Studio for low-code/no-code customization.

● Knowledge of Odoo’s security and user access rights configuration.

Programming & Database

● Python: Core language of Odoo, for developing new modules or enhancing existing

ones.

● PostgreSQL: Odoo’s backend database — must be able to write complex SQL queries,

manage database schemas, and optimize performance.

● XML & QWeb: Essential for building and modifying views, reports, and layouts in Odoo.

● JavaScript​: Useful for client-side enhancements, dynamic forms, or interactive

dashboards.

Integration & APIs

● Experience integrating Odoo with third-party tools or systems via REST or XML-RPC

APIs.

● Ability to connect ERP workflows with specialized surveying software, CAD tools, or

construction management platforms.

Server & Deployment

● Basic Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/Debian) for installing, maintaining, and

troubleshooting Odoo instances
