Endpoint / Vulnerability Management L3 Engineer

Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🌟 HTC Global Services is hiring Endpoint / Vulnerability Management L3 Engineer for our premium project.

HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and optimize SCCM task sequences, distribution point scale-out, PXE boot services, Autopilot, and Jamf configuration pipelines.

Design Intune security baselines, Conditional Access policies, and Defender ATP integration; develop macOS compliance workflows in Jamf.

Implement third-party patching (SCUP/Ivanti) within SCCM and automate macOS patching via Jamf.

Build CI/CD pipelines for golden image creation and configuration drift remediation.

Lead root-cause analyses for compliance gaps and cross-platform performance issues.

Mentor L2 engineers on advanced troubleshooting and maintain detailed runbooks in Confluence and ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Experience:

7–10 years of experience with Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, and Jamf Pro at scale.

Advanced PowerShell, ARM template, and Jamf API scripting skills.

Expertise in Zero-Touch provisioning and multi-platform application packaging.

Excellent documentation and leadership capabilities.
