About the job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead (8+ years experience) Location: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad - (Hybrid) Notice period - ( Immediate to 45 days Max). Policy center Cloud Experience is Mandatory About the Role: We are looking for a Guidewire Technical Lead with 8+ years of extensive expertise in both Configuration and Integration of Guidewire PC, CC and BC Application. Requirements: Must have Policy Center Cloud Experience is Required. Experience in Development, Production Support, Maintenance of Guidewire Biling Center Application. Well versed with OOTB Policy Center, Claim Center and Billing Center application features. Experience in maintaining applications using tools like Tortoise SVN/GitHub and Jenkins for code commit and deployments. Experience in handling defect management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Azure DevOps Skilled in designing SQL queries, in working with Agile Methodology and Code Release management. Proficient in working with SOAP/RESTful web services development and Understanding of XML, XSD, Messaging and Plugins Seasoned with the estimation process, use case specifications, reviews of test plans and test cases, requirements, and project planning Comprehensive understanding of all phases of Project Life Cycle/SDLC including Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, Software quality standards and configuration management and change management and Quality procedures. Understanding of continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Well versed with Property & Causality Insurance Business. Experience in performance tuning and Database. Skilled in leading the development team for achieving results. Competent to coach and mentor others, particularly new employees. Adaptable in quickly debugging complex problems and recommend best practices. for processes and performance improvements of the system. Should have the ability to work with different teams and gather requirements. Knowledgeable in the Insurance Application Architecture model.
