Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns, including follow-up emails, product promotions, and performance analytics. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a keen eye for analyzing customer and product data to maximize engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and send follow-up email campaigns to improve engagement and retention. Develop and execute promotional email marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales. Segment email lists and personalize communications based on user behavior and demographics. Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand product features and translate them into compelling email content. Maintain and grow the email subscriber list in compliance with data privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, and content to refine email performance. Use tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email marketing platforms. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in email marketing or a digital marketing role. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B email campaigns Strong analytical skills and experience with email performance tracking and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to understand and analyze product details for effective promotional messaging. Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
