Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute cold email outreach campaigns targeting potential clients across industries.
Write engaging, personalized email copy and subject lines to increase open and response rates.
Conduct prospect research and build curated email lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other tools.
A/B test subject lines, email sequences, and CTAs to optimize performance.
Track and analyze key metrics (open rate, response rate, CTR, etc.) and report campaign performance.
Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
Maintain CRM/database hygiene and track email engagement.
Stay updated with email deliverability best practices and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

Any bachelors degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in cold outreach.
Familiarity with email automation tools (e.g., smartlead.ai, etc.).
Experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Pipedrive, etc.).
Excellent written communication skills with a flair for persuasive copywriting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
