Email Marketing Specialist

Tech Pumpkin is seeking a results-driven and creative Email Marketer with 3–4 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in email campaign creation, social media copywriting, graphic coordination, landing page content writing, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other platforms.

• Content Creation:

Write compelling copy for email marketing, newsletters, and social media platforms aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.

• Graphics Coordination:

Work with the design team to align email visuals and graphic creatives with the marketing message.

• Landing Page Content Writing:

Develop conversion-focused content for landing pages, collaborating with the Project Manager or client to ensure messaging accuracy and effectiveness.

• Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for email and content campaigns. Use insights to refine strategy, improve open and click-through rates, and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in email marketing and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in social media copywriting and landing page content.
• Experience in coordinating with graphic designers for visuals and creative alignment.
• Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
