What You'll Do At Pega

• Set up and deploy email campaigns to support strategic marketing programs
• Edit and upload carefully constructed HTML emails with adherence to best practices
• Learn to set up Next Best Action emails in Pega’s advanced marketing platform (Customer Decision Hub)
• Setup, monitor, and report on A/B tests to optimize marketing emails
• Monitor campaign timing, targeting, and performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, list segmentation and email execution
• Become an email marketing expert, providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders
• Maintain email campaigns, HTML email content, images, and offer details in an organized and consistent manner using Pega’s Customer Decision Hub
• Design and implement automated email campaigns using Pega’s advanced artificial intelligence capabilities
• Provide regular feedback to Customer Decision Hub Product Teams to suggest feature enhancements and bug fixes
• Participate in the testing of new marketing application features
• Generate data using SQL and translate data into actionable insights
  

Who You Are

What You've Accomplished

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar discipline
• 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Basic HTML knowledge required; advanced HTML experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to produce quality work in a timely manner
• Experience with email marketing platforms – Eloqua, Marketo or Hubspot
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong attention to detail
