About the Role

Lead .NET Software Developer

Note:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable applications using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
Plan and manage development timelines, estimates, and milestones.
Integrate systems and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance product performance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–15 years of development experience with strong expertise in
.NET technologies
(
Angular (Must)
C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).
Deep understanding of
object-oriented programming
and software design patterns.
Proficient in working with
relational databases
like SQL Server or MySQL.
Experience with
cloud platforms
such as
Azure
or
AWS
.
Familiarity with
version control tools
(e.g., Git, SVN) and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
, and frameworks such as
Angular
or
React
.
Prior experience in
ITS/ITMS
or related domains is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
