Dot Net Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dot Net Lead located in Kochi. The Dot Net Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software applications, ensuring code quality, and maintaining technical documentation. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Back end - Dot net

Fron t End - React and Flutter

Database - SQL.

Should be from HMS ( Health care Management System Domain)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC and Sequal Server
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React
• Strong understanding of database management systems like SQL Server
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
