Document Controller and Operations Support
for air bp global documents to ensure that a rigorous, concise and well managed management system is in place, utilizing digital solutions.In addition, support the Health and Wellbeing Agenda and the Safety and Operational Risk Committee governance meeting, as well as the S&O Award programmes.
Document & Digital Management
- Maintain and issue OMS-related documentation with proper versioning and compliance.
- Maintain and control the document register
- Format and issue internal bulletins
- Basic maintenance of intranet pages
- Interface with IT to ensure:
- Customers have access to digital tools and platforms.
- Documentation is current and accessible on the intranet and TAP.
- Support the implementation of AI assistants, including document validation and integration.
Customer & TSA Operations
- Perform ACDD and credit checks for new Technical (TSA) customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Excellence to ensure TSA records are accurate and up to date.
- Track annual escalations and ensure invoicing is completed for centrally managed accounts.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records, including TSA tag support.
- Track TSA income and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in organizing the bi-annual TSA conference.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and maintain JV and JIG dashboards for internal reporting within BP.
- Provide support for quarterly SVP calls and bi-monthly JV network calls.
- Track and manage open risk assessment items in collaboration with JV Managers and representatives.
- Maintain and update the waiver register.
Requirements:
- Exemplary written English language skills – strong grammar, clarity, and formatting.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Document formatting expertise – proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong relationship management – ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Experience with Salesforce, document management systems, and digital collaboration tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is desirable.
