Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and take our online advertising efforts to the next level. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and scaling of our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. Your primary focus will be on driving measurable ROI through strategic campaign execution across various platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage highly effective PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Ad Copy & Creative Optimization: Write compelling ad copy, work with design teams to create engaging visuals, and continuously test different ad variations to improve performance.
  • Bid Management & Budget Allocation: Strategically manage campaign budgets and bids to maximize efficiency and achieve target KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports on key metrics such as clicks, impressions, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Optimization & A/B Testing: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve conversion rates and reduce costs.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion from paid traffic.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the PPC and digital advertising landscape.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Demonstrable expertise in setting up and managing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • A strong results-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to achieve them.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed campaign decisions.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
