Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with hands-on experience in running Google Ads and generating high-quality leads through various digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, tailored to different social media platforms.

- Monitor social media trends, news, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed.

- Foster and engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and build brand loyalty.

Google Ads Management:

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and leads.

- Analyze and report on Google Ads performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.), making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for Google Ads campaigns.

- Work with the creative team to design effective ad creatives and landing pages for higher conversion rates.

Lead Generation:

- Create and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through both organic and paid social channels.

- Optimize lead funnels and landing pages for better conversion rates.

- Track and report on lead generation performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze performance across all social media and Google Ads campaigns, providing actionable insights.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Google Ads reports to track and improve campaign performance.

- Present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, etc.).

- Strong background in social media management and strategy (content creation, community engagement, and analytics).

- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other advertising tools.

- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).

Creative Skills:

- Strong creative writing and content creation skills.

- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to adapt quickly and stay ahead of the latest digital trends.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
