Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize & Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and emerging channels to maximize reach and conversion for Normality Technologies and our clients.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop diverse, high-quality, and performance-driven content, including compelling website copy, insightful blog posts, dynamic social media updates, engaging email newsletters, and effective ad creatives, with a strong focus on both graphic/image and video content.
  • Drive Visual Content Production: Take initiative in the conceptualization, creation, and optimization of both graphic/image assets and video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, YouTube, client case studies), from ideation and design to overseeing production and analyzing performance.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Proactively manage and grow our presence across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), fostering community engagement, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance to refine strategies.
  • Optimize for Search & Performance: Conduct in-depth keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and continuously optimize website content and campaigns for improved search engine rankings and paid advertising performance.
  • Client Communication & Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related discussions with clients, understanding their objectives, presenting campaign strategies, providing performance updates, and gathering feedback to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Analyze & Report Performance: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and other marketing platforms to meticulously track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital initiatives, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and implement the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure Normality Technologies remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency, align marketing efforts with business goals, and leverage insights for integrated strategies.


Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant internship with demonstrable project experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios showcasing relevant skills, especially in visual content creation or client-facing roles, are strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Proven understanding and practical experience across various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a natural ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong creative mindset with a portfolio demonstrating content creation abilities, ideally including examples of graphic design, images, and/or video content.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and client interactions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Preferred Skills (but not required)

  • Direct experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).
  • A strong interest in technology and an understanding of the B2B service landscape.
