We’re looking for a passionate and proactive DevOps & Middleware Specialist to join our growing Application Operations team. If you excel at infrastructure, automation, and Linux-based environments—this one’s for you! 🔍 Role Overview As a DevOps Specialist, you will be the backbone of our application service team—ensuring high uptime, automated deployments, and secure middleware infrastructure across enterprise platforms. 🔧 What You’ll Own Linux Server Administration in production and pre-production environments. Middleware support on JBoss and Tomcat platforms. Managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins , Ansible , and Helm . Administering Docker , Kubernetes , Openshift , GitHub , and user access. Supporting business-critical certificate renewals , VMWare upgrades , and Linux patching . Handling tickets via ServiceNow , JIRA , and working within ITIL processes. Monitoring applications using industry-standard tools; knowledge of Dynatrace is a plus. ✅ You’ll Excel If You Have 4+ years in Linux Administration and Middleware Services. Experience with DevOps toolchains including Ansible, Docker, Helm, GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform. Strong scripting in Bash or Python . Basic awareness of AWS and Azure . Enthusiasm for continuous learning, automation, and process improvement. Excellent communication, teamwork, and 24x7 shift flexibility. 🤝 Key Responsibilities Support 24x7 operations through shift-based rotations and on-call readiness. Manage app deployments, job schedules, and platform health across environments. Automate workflows, optimize performance, and reduce manual intervention.
