Developer - PLSQL, Data Modelling, DB Optimization

Job Summary:

Senior Data Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers.
• Create and maintain logical and physical data models to support business requirements.
• Analyze and optimize database performance, including indexing, partitioning, and query tuning.
• Support wherever needed using Java knowledge and expertise for data processing and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data integration solutions using

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  or

  Azure Logic Apps / Azure Data Factory

  .
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across systems.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning sessions.
• Calculate the cost of DML, DB query, familiarity with AWR reports.
• Document technical specifications, data flows, and integration patterns.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in

  PL/SQL

  and

  Oracle Database

  development.
• Solid experience in

  data modeling

  (ER diagrams, normalization, dimensional modeling).
• Proven track record in

  database performance tuning and optimization

  .
• Proficient in

  Java

  and related frameworks (Spring Boot is a plus).
• Experience with

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  or

  Azure Integration Services

  .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Oracle, Azure, or Java technologies.
• Experience with cloud-native databases and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS).
