Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact presentations and client deliverables

   (PowerPoint, Excel Dashboards) that translate complex pharma data into visually engaging content
• Develop

  visual assets for marketing

  , including social media creatives, infographics, event materials, and email visuals
• Contribute to

  product UI/UX design

   for tools, working closely with the product and dev teams
• Maintain and evolve

  brand identity guidelines

   across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and BD teams to translate project needs into compelling visuals
• Assist in

  website design and updates

  , working with developers or web agencies as needed
• Create

  mockups and visual concepts

   for new service launches or proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or a related field

• 1–2 years

  of professional design experience (agency or in-house); pharma/consulting industry experience is a plus
• Strong

  PowerPoint design

   skills — must be comfortable designing client-facing decks
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

   and

  Figma/Sketch

   (for digital products)
• Good understanding of

  design for data storytelling

   — charts, dashboards, infographics
• Familiarity with

  web/UI/UX design principles

   and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Webflow is a bonus
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience designing for

  pharmaceutical or healthcare companies

• Motion graphics or basic video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience working with

  product and marketing teams

   in fast-paced environments
• Ability to write or edit

  drafts and visuals for social content
