Deputy Manager - Operations

 Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and optimal
performance across all departments. Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutionsto streamline workflows. Manage and report on operational metrics, using advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables,data analysis, reporting). Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence totimelines, budgets, and quality standards. Use business intelligence tools to generate insights and guide decision-making forbusiness strategy. Actively participate in the development and implementation of operational policies andprocedures. Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimaldisruption to services. Work with stakeholders across various departments to enhance the effectiveness ofoperational processes and customer service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, with a focus on healthcareoperations (if applicable), and propose improvements as needed.
