Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and implement brand positioning strategies to stand out in a highly competitive market.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels (retail, online, events).
- Build and strengthen brand equity and customer loyalty.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor moves, and industry trends.
- Analyze sales data, market share, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights for product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
- Design product launch plans, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media houses, and internal teams for timely roll-outs.
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sell-out at retail stores.
- Plan and support in-store branding, POS materials, and experience zones.
- Organize retail staff training and incentive programs to boost product push.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Develop digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor online reputation and engage with customers through various online platforms.
- Drive e-commerce promotions and partnerships with online marketplaces.
Sales Support & Alignment
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales targets.
- Provide marketing tools (brochures, product videos, presentation decks) to assist sales conversions.
- Participate in sales strategy meetings and performance reviews.
Events & Sponsorships
- Plan and manage participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and product launch events.
- Coordinate roadshows, experiential marketing, and sponsorship activities to increase brand visibility.
Budgeting & ROI Tracking
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets for various initiatives.
- Track ROI on different campaigns and optimize spend for maximum impact.
- Present budget utilization and performance reports to management.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with product, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams for seamless execution.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams for localized campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Develop and implement loyalty programs and post-sale engagement strategies.
- Analyze customer lifecycle data to improve retention and cross-selling.
