About the Role:

As a key member of our US Client/Student Development team, you'll be instrumental in empowering the next generation of data science professionals. Your primary focus will be on:

• Content Creation:

  Designing and developing comprehensive and engaging training materials, modules, and exercises covering various aspects of data science.

• Live Session Delivery:

  Conducting interactive live online sessions, workshops, and webinars, demonstrating complex data science concepts and practical applications.

• Mentorship:

  Providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to students/clients on their data science projects, helping them understand challenges, refine models, and build practical skills.

• Curriculum Development:

  Collaborating with the team to continuously refine and update data science course curricula based on industry trends, new research, and student feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality data science course content covering statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, deep learning fundamentals, and data analysis techniques.
• Prepare and deliver engaging live sessions on topics such as predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, time series analysis, and experiment design.
• Guide and mentor students through real-world data science projects, helping them with data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, model building, evaluation, and interpretation.
• Simplify complex algorithms and theoretical concepts into easily understandable and actionable insights for a diverse audience.
• Create practical assignments, case studies, and capstone projects that reinforce learning and develop problem-solving skills.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI to ensure content relevance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience:

  2 to 4 years

  of hands-on industry experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.

• Communication:

  Excellent and compulsory English communication skills (both written and verbal)

  – ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences is paramount.

• Passion for Teaching:

  A strong desire and aptitude for training, mentoring, and guiding aspiring data science professionals.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a structured approach to breaking down complex data problems.

• Work Ethic:

  Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  Python

  (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of

  Machine Learning algorithms

  (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Ensemble methods) and their applications.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch) is a significant plus.
• Solid

  SQL

  skills for data extraction and querying from relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data science services is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.
