Role Overview:

Join us as a Data Base Oracle Developer, where you will be instrumental in our technical projects. Your duties will involve analyzing technical requirements, implementing code changes, conducting unit testing, overseeing integration testing and UAT, and ensuring smooth production releases. You will also be the go-to person for L3 support, efficiently addressing any production defects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and enhance software solutions.

- Effectively manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Engage with stakeholders across various regions.

- Collaborate with technical teams, conduct technology research, and assess software requirements.

- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, propose architectural enhancements, and develop prototypes or core features as needed.

- Contribute to defining the technical direction to enhance user experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Over 8-13 years of overall experience.

- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and Control-M.

- Familiarity with Informatica and Python is advantageous.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, etc.

- Experience with SDLC tools such as Sonar, JIRA, Confluence, Git/BitBucket, etc.

- Background in Banking/Wealth management domain and Agile environments.

- Strong ability to design and document requirements in agile setups.

- Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing complex environments.

- Team player with a focus on collaboration and information sharing.

- Solution-oriented mindset with a drive for quality and excellence.

- Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

- Capability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
