Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Tracking KPIs
  • Creating Reports and dashboards
  • Automating reports
  • Handling Tools and Operations
  • Supporting decision-making through in-depth data analysis

Sales, Presales, Partner Managers, and Product Owners


Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets using

    Excel

    (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and

    Power BI

    to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage

    automated dashboards

    ,

    ad-hoc reports

    , and

    KPI tracking

    tools.
  • Monitor

    Sales/Presales performance metrics

    , forecast revenue trends, and conduct

    monthly pipeline reviews

    with global teams.
  • Prepare

    newsletters

    ,

    leadership mailers

    , and

    PowerPoint presentations

    for

    monthly, quarterly

    , and

    yearly business updates

    .
  • Perform

    data cleansing, transformation

    , and

    automation

    to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
  • Lead

    monthly metrics reporting

    in collaboration with

    Partner Technical Managers

    and other PMs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to

    revamp reporting tools

    and assist in

    business process automation

    and

    data migration

    .
  • Own and optimize internal

    CRM processes

    and ensure data accuracy across

    business insight tools

    .
  • Support

    sales forecasting

    ,

    budgeting

    , and

    planning

    processes aligned with enterprise cloud programs.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in

    Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics

    , or related field.
  • 3–6 years

    of experience in

    Data Analysis

    ,

    BI Reporting

    , or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
  • Hands-on experience with

    Power BI

    for building visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of

    Sales performance metrics

    ,

    pipeline management

    , and

    forecasting techniques

    .
  • Experience with

    data cleansing, transformation

    , and handling

    structured/unstructured data

    .
  • Familiarity with

    CRM platforms

    such as

    Microsoft Dynamics 365

    or

    Salesforce

    .
  • Excellent

    communication skills

    with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
  • Highly

    detail-oriented

    with strong

    problem-solving

    and

    time management

    skills.
  • Experience supporting

    global sales teams

    or

    cloud-based business operations

    .
  • Knowledge of

    SQL

    ,

    DAX

    , or

    Power Query

    .
  • Exposure to

    Microsoft Azure

    Cloud consumption models

    , or

    partner ecosystems

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Agile/Scrum

    methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
