Primary Responsibilities

• Develop analytic reports, web application and dashboards. Support the Capitation department at all levels for planning and insight into monthly
• Capitation payment, eligibility and growth of providers and membership
• Maintain web application, dashboards, and reports
• Perform high level and detailed analysis on all levels of Capitation data across UnitedHealthcare and Optum
• Learn and utilize healthcare industry knowledge necessary to extract, analyze and work with the data to return the requested reports at various levels for both internal and external clients
• Analyze Capitation from different data sources and identify data integrity issues related to submissions, reconciliation and provider detail
• Work with staff and customers to develop new and modify existing processes, documentation and templates to drive more insightful and accurate reporting solution
• These are new 2 position for Ireland team in NICE Reporting area. Ireland leadership would like to hire these positions in India. The resource would be responsible for NICE reporting. From BI standpoint team is looking to hire Power BI and from Data Engineering side - they are looking to hire SQL, snowflakes

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
• 3+ years of relevant experience in web development and must have deployed web applications to production environment
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Python with relevant experience of 3+ years
• Intermediate to advance level proficiency with at least one web application development tool including but not limit to:
• Flask API
• HTML
• Django
• Angular JS
• Streamlit
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL
• Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Health care industry experience
• Experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Excel Macros
• Beginner to Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Power BI
