Job Title: Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant Location: Remote Job Type: Long Term Contract About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join our agile development team. In this role, you will play a key part in the deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform within our enterprise environment. Your expertise will help shape and implement solutions that meet our business needs and integrate seamlessly with other systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business/product owners to gather and define technical requirements. Design and propose solutions for implementation within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Develop integration strategies for connecting Dynamics CRM with other systems and data sources. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM Apps and Power Platform to meet specific business requirements. Lead the design, analysis, and successful execution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET projects. Key Skills & Experience: Strong experience in customizations and configurations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. Expertise in both On-Premise & Online Dynamics 365 & Power Platform implementations and integrations. Proficient in Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript Customizations, SSRS reports, and SSIS packages. Advanced programming skills in C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Restful API, and Web services. Skilled in writing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions. Experience with migration from On-Prem to Cloud Dynamics 365. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar enterprise planning and delivery tools. Ability to work effectively with functional teams and product owners. Excellent client-facing skills, including verbal communication, client demonstrations, and training delivery. Experience working within Agile project delivery frameworks. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant. A relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
