You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our clients — from onboarding to product adoption, and ongoing support. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, reducing churn, and driving product value. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Support Assist new clients with platform setup and onboarding processes. Provide product demos and walkthroughs to ensure successful adoption. Be the first line of communication for customer queries and concerns. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts. Schedule regular check-ins to assess product satisfaction and gather feedback. Product Adoption & Training Educate clients about new features, use-cases, and best practices. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding product usage. Issue Resolution Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with tech/product teams for resolution. Escalate critical issues promptly and ensure timely follow-up. Payment Coordination Assist in monitoring client payment status and follow up on outstanding dues. Collaborate with internal teams for invoice processing and updates. Performance Reporting Maintain accurate records of client interactions, success metrics, and feedback. Contribute to monthly performance reviews and usage reports. Key Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Client Servicing (SaaS/B2B experience preferred). Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus. Mindset: Proactive, empathetic, and customer-obsessed. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. What You’ll Get A high-growth, collaborative startup environment.
