Role Overview:

CRM Manager


Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years

    in CRM Executive/Manager roles with hands-on experience in

    CRM platform management and social listening analytics

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Act as a

    bridge between client teams and internal delivery

    for CRM-related projects
  • Own

    end-to-end execution

    of CRM initiatives – planning, solutioning, launch, optimisation, and reporting
  • Document client requirements, build

    solution plans

    , and manage CRM workflows
  • Map

    platform capabilities (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to client business goals

  • Support data and reporting needs, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Handle

    3–5 client accounts simultaneously

    , depending on complexity

Marketing Workflows & Integrations

  • Strong understanding of

    marketing workflows, campaign setup, lead tracking, and integrations (APIs, webhooks)

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement

    data-driven CRM strategies

    aligned with business goals
  • Design and execute

    targeted marketing campaigns

    , optimising them for engagement, retention, and ROI

Social Listening & Analytics

  • Utilise

    social listening tools

    to monitor brand and industry conversations, sentiment, and trends
  • Extract actionable insights to enhance

    customer segmentation, communication, and overall CRM strategy

  • Prepare regular reports with

    KPIs, insights, and strategic recommendations


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in at least one

    CRM platform

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Strong analytical skills with

    proficiency in data analysis tools

    (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent

    communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in

    BFSI or Retail verticals

    is an advantage
  • Ability to

    prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with a strong

    problem-solving mindset
