Role Overview As the Content Creator & Social Media Manager at Lyxaa, you will be responsible for leading content creation efforts and managing the brand’s digital presence. This role requires a strong combination of creativity, technical ability, and marketing insight. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently create video and visual content while ensuring consistent brand alignment across all platforms. You will work closely with the founder, healthcare professionals to translate complex health concepts into engaging and impactful digital content. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content including YouTube explainers, Instagram Reels, product walkthroughs, and testimonials Operate professional video equipment including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear Use editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, or DaVinci Resolve Create educational videos and visual content that align with Lyxaa’s standards of clarity, science, and premium quality Use AI tools where appropriate to enhance content speed and efficiency while maintaining brand tone Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns with Lyxaa’s brand guidelines Maintain a consistent voice, tone, visual identity, and design style across all touchpoints Follow approved color palettes, fonts, and storytelling approaches in all published materials Social Media Management: Manage Lyxaa’s presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar Write clear, informative, and engaging captions and schedule content across platforms Respond to community engagement and support internal campaign goals Digital Marketing Support: Assist with creation and optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns Monitor and report on content performance using basic analytics tools Collaborate on content strategies for blog and YouTube SEO Support email and CRM-based content planning as needed Graphic Design: Design social media creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and promotional banners using Canva or Adobe tools Ensure visuals meet high design standards and reflect Lyxaa’s premium brand image Automation: Work closely with the automation engineer and use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks to work effortlessly. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in video content creation and editing Strong proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, or DaVinci Resolve Hands-on experience with professional camera gear and video production tools Proficient in using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design Intermediate understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing tools Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and communication Experience using AI tools to streamline video, image, or copy production Must submit a professional portfolio or sample reel of prior video and visual content work Preferred Qualifications Ability to develop educational or explainer content around scientific topics Exposure to managing blog pages and tools like Mailchimp for email marketing Benefits Opportunity to be part of a futuristic health-tech company redefining wellness in India Staff discounts on Lyxaa’s services & products.
