Aspect Ratio is rapidly expanding in the space of Analytics & Data Science and we're looking for experienced candidates to be part of our team. The position requires you to be comfortable working with large datasets and in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms.

Areas of delivery for the team include:

• Connect with clients to understand their Data Science needs.
• Use transaction-level datasets to answer business questions.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings & recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Build predictive models to drive business decisions.
• Automate existing process to drive efficiency
• Present results to clients and get buy-in

Responsibilities of the individual include:

• Effectively lead a team of analysts to meet a client’s analytical requirements.
• Manage and meet client expectations
• Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution
• Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform
• Dive deep into data, analyze and discover patterns/root causes
• Design robust and scalable prediction algorithms

Skills required:

• Expertise in Data Science algorithms - in-depth understanding of the math behind the algorithm
• Excellent story boarding skills to present findings to C-Suite executives
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about the latest technology trends with a desire for innovation
• Expertise in Python or R, MS Excel & SQL
