We're looking for an outstanding Computer Scientist 2 (Full Stack) to join our Adobe Firefly client team. This is an outstanding opportunity to craft next-generation AI/ML-powered creative tools that will reach millions worldwide. As a key player in our highly collaborative team, you will work closely with internal product teams and collaborators to architect and maintain user-facing experiences. Your diligent, meticulous approach, coupled with your ability to mentor and have a proactive mindset, will drive tangible results in our team-oriented culture. What you'll Do Help establish architecture and quality coding practices for the Adobe Firefly client platform Define long-term solutions for component-based architecture using functional programming Work closely with the design team, product management, and our internal clients to translate early ideas into interactive prototypes Engage with customers to identify problems, conduct A/B tests, and refine workflows Continuously expand your knowledge and skills to stay ahead of the latest development, test, and deployment methodologies What you need to succeed 8+ years of professional experience developing interactive web applications, preferably in the creative tool domain B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent experience Excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of design and performance of algorithms Deep knowledge of cloud-native applications and building and deploying web applications or interactive sites using React High proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript (ES6+), Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Distributed Services design Passionate about quality of work, persistent, and uncompromising Proficient in writing code that is reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant Knowledge of AWS services and/or Azure, Docker, Jenkins, Splunk Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and functional programming style Confidence to be an opinionated, pragmatic developer, especially in writing high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code Ability to perform independently in a hybrid or remote-first work environment with strong written and verbal communication skills Bonus Qualifications Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Exposure to generative AI models, including text-to-image and large language models Experience with video or similar multi-track non-linear editors Experience in UX design, design systems, or close collaboration with design teams Knowledge of modern web technologies, such as WASM, WebGPU, canvas rendering, security, asynchrony, and performance optimization Exposure to PyTorch/TensorFlow Knowledge of databases like Cosmos, Kafka, SQS, Redis, MongoDB, Solr, Dynamo, and Elastic Search Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
