EDUCATION: Master's or Advanced FIELD OF STUDY: Human Resources

EXPERIENCE: Required: 4+ years in progressive HR roles, with at least 3+ years in comp. Knowledge in HR research methodology, survey development, statistics, and data analysis and reporting.. Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. HRIS, Experience maintaining confidential data.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Assist in the development and administration of compensation policies, frameworks, and salary structures.

• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis using compensation surveys

• Support annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, bonus planning, and promotions.

• Analyze internal compensation data to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.

• Prepare compensation reports and analytics for management decision-making.
