Position: Manager – HR Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Experience: 4–8 years (with 2+ years in a business partnering role) Role Overview: We’re hiring an HR Manager to partner with business leaders and drive core HR functions including performance management, talent development, compliance, and HR analytics. The role will be pivotal in shaping people strategies aligned with business growth. Key Responsibilities: Act as an HR Business Partner to operations and leadership teams.Drive performance reviews, feedback processes, and improvement plans.Collaborate with L&D for leadership and skill development programs.Ensure compliance with HR policies and support HR operations.Track key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, absenteeism) and report insights. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in HR preferred).4–8 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years as HRBP.Expertise in HR operations, analytics, and talent development.Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Adaptability in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
