You will be responsible for increasing the sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more customers. You will be required to make new distributors of Big Installer or Big Distributor from competitions. Building trust among new and existing distributors by engaging them on a regular basis will be a key aspect of your role. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting and physically meeting with retail shops/dealers/distributors to inform them about Loom Solar products and offerings. This will involve daily visits to 10 counters. You will also be expected to engage in cold calling to prospective customers/dealers to identify sales opportunities and generate leads for the dealer network to increase sales. Negotiating with dealers to sell our products only if competitors are offering a similar price will be an important part of your role. You will need to prepare quotations and share them with dealers for their order requirements, as well as keeping records and updating all visits in the company sales application. Responding promptly to dealer inquiries and ensuring that Loom Solar products are the preferred choice in the channel compared to the competition will be crucial. You will also be responsible for ensuring stock availability of 30 days inventory with channel partners, monitoring distributor and dealer stock movement, and conducting distributor/dealer meets and training programs.
