Job Summary:

Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make
outbound calls
to potential customers to generate leads.
Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
(BANT Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).
Explain products and services, highlighting their value proposition.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update the
CRM
with accurate lead information and call details.
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve weekly/monthly
lead generation targets
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
1-3 years in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated.
Strong
persuasion and negotiation skills
.
