Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    outbound calls

    to potential customers to generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria

    (BANT Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).

  • Explain products and services, highlighting their value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the

    CRM

    with accurate lead information and call details.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly

    lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    1-3 years in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales.
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated.
  • Strong

    persuasion and negotiation skills
