Founding Chief Marketing Officer: Architect the World’s Biggest Gaming Platform

At GAMERS TAG, our philosophy is simple: READY TO START. BE BIG. DREAM BIGGER. BE THE BEST. We are building the world's first all-in-one gaming super app, the definitive "LinkedIn for Gaming." This is not another social network; it's a deep-tech ecosystem designed to empower every gamer, creator, team, and brand to monetize their passion and build their legacy.


We are seeking a dynamic, battle-tested, and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to join us as a Founding Member. This isn't a role for the faint of heart. We need a leader who understands that impact matters more than age and who is driven to build the most influential brand in the gaming industry. The Ideal Founder Profile:

  • You have a proven track record of building and scaling brands, preferably in the gaming, tech, or digital platform space (MBA from a top-tier school is a plus).
  • Your expertise in brand strategy, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and product marketing is exceptional.
  • You possess a powerful global network and the ability to confidently negotiate and close high-value deals with major corporations.
  • You are a natural leader, capable of inspiring a team to achieve what others deem impossible.
  • You are deeply passionate and knowledgeable about the entire gaming and esports ecosystem, from grassroots communities to global trends.
  • You thrive in a startup environment and are motivated by equity and the opportunity to build something of immense value.


The Founder's Pact:

This is a founding role with compensation structured for a true partner.

  • Location: Remote.
  • Initial 3-Month Probation: This is an equity-focused, unpaid period to ensure a perfect fit with our founding team and vision.
  • Post-Probation: Upon successful completion, you will be issued a significant equity stake as a co-founder. Transitioning to a full-time commitment is mandatory.
  • Investment: You have the option to invest for an increased share in the company.



The Opportunity: What You Will Build

As a founding CMO, you will be the architect of the GAMERS TAG brand and the driving force behind our global marketing engine. You will not just execute strategies; you will create them from the ground up, shaping our identity and narrative across the world. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can build and inspire a high-performing team, forge powerful strategic alliances, and captivate the global gaming community.

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time or Part-time during probation, transitioning to mandatory full-time.


Compensation

This is a founding member opportunity with a focus on long-term reward.

  • Initial 3-Month Probation: This is an equity-focused, unpaid period to ensure mutual fit and alignment with our team and vision.
  • Post-Probation: Upon successful completion, you will be issued company shares as a founding member. A full-time role is mandatory.
  • Investment Option: An opportunity to invest in the company for an increased equity stake is available.


Your Mission: Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Dominance:

  • Design and deploy comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to establish GAMERS TAG as a globally recognized brand and drive user acquisition.
  • Mastermind and launch aggressive marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and influencer channels.
  • Build and manage a powerful brand identity that resonates deeply within the gaming and esports community.
  • Leverage your network to establish a global footprint and forge connections with international brands and stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Architecture:

  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and relentless growth.
  • Champion a data-centric approach, utilizing analytics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI.

Strategic Alliances & Growth:

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact strategic partnerships with key players in the gaming, tech, and entertainment industries.
  • Confidently lead deal-making and collaboration efforts with global brands to amplify market presence and drive revenue.

Product & Community Mastery:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for groundbreaking product features and launches.
  • Utilize your expertise in product and performance marketing to create compelling messaging that drives user adoption and engagement.
  • Cultivate a vibrant and loyal community of gamers, streamers, and esports enthusiasts through targeted engagement strategies and events.

Brand & Narrative Architecture:

  • Forge and amplify the GAMERS TAG brand identity, ensuring it becomes synonymous with opportunity and professionalism in gaming.
  • Craft a powerful global narrative that positions us as the undisputed leader and launchpad for over 500,000 gaming careers.
  • Ensure our "World-Class UI/UX" and product philosophy are reflected in every marketing touchpoint, making our brand a beacon of quality.

Strategic Growth & Revenue Engine:

  • Develop and execute aggressive, data-driven marketing strategies to drive mass user acquisition and cement GAMERS TAG as an essential tool for every gamer.
  • Master the art of Product Marketing, turning features like GCONNECT and GACCOUNTS into indispensable tools that allow users to "Unite Their Gaming & Social Universes."
  • Leverage performance marketing to scale our user base and drive toward our goal of enabling over 10 million user transactions.

Partnerships & Alliances:

  • Establish and lead our strategic partnership division, building the "most effective pipeline for global brands to effortlessly invest and tap into the gaming sector."
  • Personally forge and close deals with major tech brands, game publishers, and esports organizations, turning our platform into the ultimate B2B and B2B2C hub.
  • Market our GT JOBS NOW platform to make it the #1 destination for companies to "Hire the Sharpest Minds in Gaming."

Team & Culture Leadership:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, global marketing team that embodies our "DREAM BIGGER" mentality.

Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

  • You possess an MBA from a top-tier business school (preferred).
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing, branding, or strategic growth, ideally within the gaming or tech industry.
  • You have a profound understanding of the gaming ecosystem, market dynamics, and emerging technology trends.
  • You are a natural leader with exceptional team-building skills and the ability to inspire a shared vision.
  • You have elite strategic planning, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Your passion for the gaming industry is matched only by your insatiable hunger for learning and innovation.
