Key Responsibilities

Cloud-Native Architecture & Leadership:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, fault-tolerant cloud applications

  (AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Serverless).

• Define best practices for microservices, event-driven architecture

  (Kafka), and API management (APIGEE/Tyk).

• Architect hybrid cloud solutions

  (on-premise + AWS/GCP)

  with security, cost optimization, and high availability.

Full-Stack Development:

• Develop backend services using

  Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL

  (performance tuning, indexing, replication).
• Build modern frontends with ReactJS (state management, performance optimization).
• Design REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven systems

  (Kafka, SQS).

DevOps & Observability:

• Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, Helm charts, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Set up monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), logging (ELK), and alerting for production systems.

Database & Performance Engineering:

• Optimize PostgreSQL for high throughput, replication, and low-latency queries.
• Troubleshoot database bottlenecks, caching (Redis), and connection pooling.
• Design data migration strategies (on-premise → cloud).

Mentorship & Innovation:

• Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews.
• Drive POCs on emerging tech (Service Mesh, Serverless, AI/ML integrations).
• Collaborate with CTO/Architects on long-term technical roadmaps.
