Job Description: Business Development Manager Location: Sec 31, Faridabad Industry: Financial Services / Wealth Management Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Wealth management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling, high-impact presentations, and financial awareness initiatives such as seminars and workshops. This role requires a proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Business Growth·        Identify, connect, and onboard new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach. ·       Actively contribute to increasing the company’s AUM (Assets Under Management) by offering customized financial solutions. ·       Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients. Client Relationship Management·        Regularly engage with existing clients to review portfolios, address queries, and suggest improvements aligned with their evolving goals. Provide hyper-personalized financial solutions based on client profiling and risk appetite. Presentations, Seminars & Financial Education· Plan, coordinate, and deliver financial education seminars, client events, and webinars to attract and engage clients. Present tailored financial solutions and showcase the value proposition of the company’s services in a compelling way. Financial Consultation·       Understand clients’ financial objectives and recommend suitable investment options including mutual funds, insurance, and goal-based financial plans. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing. Market Research & Reporting·        Stay updated on capital markets, economic trends, and regulatory developments. Generate reports and insights to support client conversations and decision-making.
