Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to own the entire client relationship lifecycle — from onboarding and communication to timeline management, feedback handling, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and understand their brand, goals, and tone
Act as the single point of contact for all client communicationCoordinate with internal teams (design, video, writing, ads) for executionCreate and share briefs, timelines, and ensure smooth task flowSchedule and lead review calls; share meeting notes and next stepsTrack deliverables and ensure timely submission to clients ( Project Management Tool )Manage feedback, revisions, and client expectations professionallyShare monthly performance reports and analytics insightsSupport upselling and long-term retention of clients

Skills & Qualifications:

2–4 years experience in client servicing, project coordination, or account management (agency preferred)
Understanding of social media, paid ads, and brand marketingExcellent verbal and written communication, client facing SkillsStrong organisational and follow-up skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
