We are a digital marketing agency, looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can build and maintain strong client relationships while efficiently coordinating projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, oversee project execution, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships. Coordinate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Manage project timelines, set milestones, and track progress to meet deadlines. Address client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless service experience. Oversee client feedback and ensure necessary revisions are executed effectively. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and work with internal teams to enhance client value. Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, project updates, and approvals. Monitor industry trends and client needs to provide proactive solutions and recommendations. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in a creative/digital marketing agency . Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software. A proactive and customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term client success.
