Job Description

Experience Required - 6 to 9 years Notice Period - 0 to 30 days Role Overview As an Engineer – Client Management , your primary responsibility is to enhance end-user productivity by efficiently diagnosing and resolving computer and system-related issues. You will play a key role in providing technical support across various platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Windows 10/11 , networking , cloud-based services , and Microsoft Intune . The role also demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with users and collaborate effectively with support teams. Key Responsibilities Incident Management : Take ownership of incidents assigned to your group. Quickly isolate and resolve issues using targeted diagnostic procedures. Request Fulfilment : Understand and fulfill user service requests promptly and accurately. Intune Management : Handle the deployment and management of applications using Microsoft Intune. Application Packaging & Software Management : Package, distribute, and manage software installations. Documentation : Maintain detailed resolution records in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system. Directory Services : Working knowledge of Active Directory , Group Policies , DNS , and DHCP . Technical Skills Required 5–8 years of experience in end-to-end Intune software deployment , including release, distribution, and installation. Expertise in Intune and Ivanti for software deployment. Experience in requirement gathering and license procurement. Ability to drive automation for service efficiency. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures . Generate management reports on release progress. Responsible for release package design , build, testing, and deployment planning. Coordinate with build/test and release teams. Oversee communication, training, and service rollout strategies. Develop and implement strategies for patch management and software updates . Experience Requirements 5–8 years of experience supporting enterprise environments, specifically in: Deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 devices. Providing Citrix support. Proficiency in SCCM or Ivanti for system management. Collaboration with stakeholders and infrastructure teams for updates, licensing, and upgrades.
