The Opportunity

What You’ll Own:


Technical Vision & Strategy: Craft and implement the full technical roadmap for our 0-1 platform rebuild.




Team Leadership: Recruit, organize, and lead a top-tier engineering team.




Architecture & Security: Build scalable, secure systems to support massive growth.




Product Development: Oversee the creation of our core web application and platform features.




System Design: Develop robust, scalable infrastructure to support our growing business.


What We’re Looking For


Essential Experience:


3+ years of hands-on technical leadership.


Proven success in building and scaling web applications from the ground up.

Deep knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks.

Strong expertise in system architecture and security best practices.

Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Startup experience with 0-1 product development.



Technical Stack Expertise:

Full-stack web development (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).

Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Database design and optimization.

Security frameworks and best practices.

API design and microservices architecture.

DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.


Leadership Qualities:

Outstanding communication and team-building skills.

Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution.

Experience hiring and scaling technical teams.
