Role Description This is a full-time onsite role located in Bhubaneswar for a Business Unit Manager at Futurios. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business unit & its sub verticals, managing team, developing strategies to achieve business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting the leader. Qualifications 5-10 Years of Experience in Managerial Position in any IT, Consulting, Startup leadership role. Strong Planning, Reporting, Execution and presentation skill. Strong Understanding of Tools and Technology Stacks for Business Operations, Project Management, MIS Reporting, CRM Tools, Invoicing & Finance Tools, HR Tools. Very Good in Networking and events, PR Activity. Well Aware about Company Laws, Policies, Audits, Data Protection. International Market Understanding and Global market penetration experience. Strong leadership, Sales, HR, strategic planning, and decision-making skills Experience in business unit management, Revenue generation, project management, Client Management and team management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of business operations, Sales, financial management, and market analysis Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the IT or consulting industry is a plus Show more Show less
