Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Unit Manager to oversee and grow one or more of our business verticals. This role demands strong leadership, market insight, operational know-how, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the paper and stationery industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Growth: Define and execute strategic plans for assigned business units. Identify new business opportunities, product lines, and market trends. Work with the leadership team to align unit goals with company objectives. Sales & Marketing: Drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility. Build and maintain key customer relationships and distribution networks. Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination. Ensure production meets quality, time, and budget requirements. Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, and operations. Set performance goals, provide mentoring, and conduct regular evaluations. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor P&L, sales data, and market analytics for the business unit. Provide detailed performance reports to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in managing a business unit, preferably in FMCG, stationery, or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of supply chain, sales, and marketing. Leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills. Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems is a plus.
