Drive and implement the business plan to achieve budgeted results. Prepare and execute business strategies aligned with the country's overall strategy. Develop new client accounts and ensure consistent growth in market share. Ensure steady revenue generation from the in-house testing laboratory. Provide timely feedback on customers, market trends, industry updates, and competitor activities. Present strategies to management to increase market share, client base, and profitability. Lead and manage an experienced team to deliver results in market expansion and profitability. Plan and establish laboratory infrastructure as per business needs and market demands. Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction across operations. Collaborate with peer group companies to share and implement best practices. Identify M&A opportunities for inorganic growth. Build and nurture relationships with key clients. Aim to make Eurofins the market leader in testing services within the region. Experience Requirements: 1520 years of total work experience, with at least 10 years in managing a commercial laboratory. Minimum 5 years of experience managing a P&L. Proven record of handling a geographic business unit. Managed large teams (50100+ staff). Responsible for generating annual revenues of ?25 Cr or more. Demonstrated ability to profitably set up or grow business operations. Qualifications: MBA from a top B-School. Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or Engineering (B.Tech Mechanical/Civil).
