· You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
· Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business operations.
· Document data models, report logic, and dashboard designs for maintainability.
· 2+ years of experience in BI/reporting roles or relevant project-based experience.
· Understanding of data modeling, joins, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
· Good communication skills to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
to work from Kolkata office when required.
