Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau. • Integrate Tableau with various data sources for seamless data flow. • Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability. • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. • Prepare, model, and transform data for visualization. • Troubleshoot dashboard issues and ensure data accuracy. • Document processes and provide training to end-users. Required Skills: • Strong experience in Tableau development. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into visual insights. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Desired Skills: • Experience with other BI tools like Power BI. • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R (optional). • Understanding of cloud platforms and data integration methods.
