Key Responsibilities:

Data Identification, Extraction & Analysis – Collecting and analyzing daily business data to uncover trends and patterns, enabling strategic decision-making for business growth.

Report Preparation & Insights – Breaking down complex issues into manageable tasks, preparing reports, and presenting findings in a structured manner.

Developing a Data-Driven Ecosystem – Creating platforms to enhance data accessibility, interpretation, and utilization, ensuring data-driven decision-making in daily business operations.

Process Improvement & Experimentation – Identifying opportunities for process enhancement, designing experiments, testing hypotheses, building models, and scaling successful strategies.

Strategic Alignment & Execution – Collaborating with business teams to align on strategies, objectives, and success metrics while maintaining transparent communication and ensuring timely execution.

Data-Driven Recommendations & Implementation – Providing actionable insights based on data analysis and working with business leaders to drive metric improvements.

Predictive & Prescriptive Modeling – Developing models to assess the impact of business decisions across fulfillment, sourcing, and marketing while evaluating their effects on customers and

Requirements: Experience & Expertise –

Possess 3-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.

Technical Prociency – Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Python.

Preferred Tools – Familiarity with Metabase, MoEngage, Clarity, Google Console and Looker Studio.

Statistical Modelling – Experience in applying statistical modeling to solve complex problems.

AI/ML Knowledge – Solid foundation in applying AI/ML techniques (Regression, Random Forest, Boosting techniques) to business data, including predictive analytics and anomaly detection.

Analytical Project Execution – Proven ability to design and execute analytical projects effectively.

Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail – Strong aptitude for tackling unstructured problems with a keen eye for detail.

Multitasking & Eciency – Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and the ability to take ownership of projects.

Data Management – Hands-on experience in handling and managing diverse, complex data sources regularly.

Communication & Leadership – Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and simplify complex solutions.
