Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Full TimeWe are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our data-driven team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL, and be able to transform raw data into meaningful business insights that help stakeholders make informed decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data strategy.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting :

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL for business reporting.
  • Create visualizations and KPIs that help stakeholders monitor performance and trends.

Business Insights & Strategy

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather reporting requirements.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights for growth, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Present analytical findings to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visuals.

Data Management & Optimization

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes for data consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to validate datasets and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
  • Optimize BI tools and dashboards for performance and scalability.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks.
  • Suggest improvements to existing BI frameworks and business processes.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Document BI reports, SQL queries, and data models for cross-functional understanding.
  • Train non-technical users on using self-service BI tools and dashboards.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling).
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, joins, and aggregations.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
