Java Lead - Spring/Hibernate

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Lead to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of complex Java-based applications, mentor team members, and drive the adoption of best practices to ensure scalable, high-performance, and maintainable solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

Technical Leadership :

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Java applications.
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability across all solutions.
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
• Align technical solutions with business requirements and project goals.
  

Mentorship And Guidance

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers by providing regular coaching, feedback, and technical guidance.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
  

Best Practices And Standards

• Stay current with new trends and technologies in software development and apply best practices.
• Enforce coding standards, participate in code reviews, and implement software engineering best practices.
  

Documentation And Communication

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as system design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Communicate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Required Skills & Experience

Skill Experience Proficiency :

• Java (All Versions) - 6+ Years - Expert
• Spring Boot - 6+ Years - Intermediate to Advanced
• Hibernate - 5+ Years - Intermediate
