Designation : Business Development Manager


We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who will lead strategic initiatives aimed at generating and engaging with business partners. This role will involve fostering new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of our company. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, be goal-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to think critically and execute strategic plans effectively. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a strong background in web development technologies, including Java, JavaScript, and Workforce, to join our team in Ahmedabad.


The preferred candidate will bring 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience in IT service/product based industries and a proven track record of driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

Job Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify partnership opportunities and potential clients.  
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Develop and execute growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  •  Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and delivery teams to design and propose customized solutions that align with client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and a win-win outcome.Also prepare project contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Have a good understanding of the business/ services and be able to advise others about them
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.); MBA is a plus.
  • 2 to 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or client management within the IT services industry, specifically in web development.
  • Experience in Document Management & Workflow Management would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Should be willing to go outside for client meetings.( Domestic or Abroad location)
