Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth

• Identify and evaluate new opportunities in cloud and AI domains (e.g., emerging markets, use cases)
• Support expansion into new verticals or service lines aligned with business goals

• Lead Conversion & Opportunity Management

• Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads related to cloud and AI solutions
• Convert early-stage leads into actionable opportunities in collaboration with technical and delivery teams
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of leads, progress stages, and outcomes

• Technology Partnerships

• Develop and manage strategic alliances with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI providers
• Collaborate with partners on solution co-development, events, or joint initiatives

• Market Intelligence & Innovation

• Conduct research on technology trends, competitive landscape, and industry demand
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders

• Internal Enablement & Support

• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to shape proposals, PoCs, and capabilities
• Assist in internal knowledge sharing, frameworks, and reusable asset development

• Project Coordination

• Support execution of strategic projects, partner programs, or new solution rollouts
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and impact

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or strategy roles in the IT sector
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP) and

  AI technologies

  (e.g., GenAI, NLP, ML models)
• Proven ability to assess and convert qualified leads into viable business opportunities
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of IT delivery cycles and enterprise service models

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to enterprise AI/ML tools and services
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management
• Experience working with global delivery teams and innovation hubs

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary

  : ₹28,000 per month
