Role Overview We're looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive to accelerate customer acquisition and growth. You’ll be at the forefront of introducing RoadCast’s innovative solutions to logistics companies, e-commerce players, and enterprise clients—owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. Key Responsibilities Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion. Identify, research, and target new business opportunities in logistics, transportation, and e-commerce segments. Conduct market research to build a qualified database of high-potential leads with detailed contact information. Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to CXOs and decision-makers. Understand client pain points and position RoadCast’s offerings as tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and customer targeting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools like Pipedrive, including client interactions and pipeline progress. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Represent RoadCast at relevant industry events, expos, and virtual meetups. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or SaaS sales (experience in logistics/transport tech is a strong plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders. Strong research and prospecting abilities; familiar with using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc. Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets. Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven reporting. Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for tech-driven solutions and understanding of logistics industry challenges is a bonus. Show more Show less
